All Jewellery orders include FREE SHIPPING. If your order includes a non jewellery item, the charges are explained below.
Shipping within Ireland – Flat rate of €5.00. Free shipping on orders over €75.00. Delivery 1 – 2 working days of order being placed. Order by 2pm Monday – Thursday and receive your order the next day.
Shipping to Northern Ireland and Mainland U.K – Flat rate of €6.00. Free shipping on orders over €75.00. Delivery 2 – 3 working days of order being placed.

Returns and Refunds
Here at Glitz N Glamm we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with it, we will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted goods less the cost of sending the item to you when the items are returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery. Refunds are only valid on items that have not been used. Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them. Carefully pack items to be returned with their original packaging and any free samples and/or free gifts received.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily refund your item including all postage when it is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. In some cases we may forward a faulty product to the manufacturer of the product and ask that you deal with them directly.
If you would like to return an item(s), contact us at Hello@glitznglamm.com and we will provide you with return information. Please note that your return must be sent back within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns will be examined upon receipt and we will refund your payment as quickly as possible by the original payment method, no later than 21 days after we have received the returned goods. We do not accept returns on sale items except where required by law.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked before dispatching. If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to Hello@glitznglamm.com.
