I haven’t posted any of my fashion favourites in a while so I thought why not share my favourites for this month. Some items I already have and some I plan on purchasing over the next week or so. Because I work for myself and in the office most days I tend to dress casual. I try to make an effort when I have business meetings and events but I need to add a few new pieces to my wardrobe so here’s some of my intended buys.
I absolutely love blush pink so I have chosen a casual pair of skinny jeans with frayed edges from Vero Moda (€49.99). Wear the casual jeans with this stunning cream sequin embellished tassel t-shirt from River Island (€47.00) or go more dressy with blush pink suit trousers from Vero Moda (€34.99). It’s technically like the same outfit but just the casual and dressy versions along with your footwear choice to really set it off whether it’s a nice fresh pair of runners or elegant high heels.
Pink To Make The Boys Wink
So you’ve probably spotted a theme here – I am mad about blush pink! It might seem like I wear pink all the time but I don’t. I just think it’s perfect for Summer and blush pink is in every shop right now – Fashion and interior design. I didn’t deliberately set out to write this post about pink; It just happened that everything I was drawn to was pink – I’m in a pink mood this summer! The hot pink tie neck cape dress from River Island (€55.00) really caught my eye. I love the cape style sleeve which is perfect for our unpredictable Irish Summer if there’s a chill in the air. It’s an online exclusive available in seven different colours. I think one or two of the colours may be available in store but the rest are online exclusives.
Pink floral print panelled clutch chain bag (€34.00) and pink wide fit floral barely there sandals (€45.00), both River Island. These are my choice of handbag and sandals for all the outfits; Staying with the pink theme and keeping the summer vibe both of these items with go with lots of summer outfits.
Lastly, pink frill sleeve cold shoulder jumpsuit (€80.00) from River Island is a limited edition piece. It has front and back cut out detail. It is so pretty but I’m still pondering over whether this will suit me or not. I don’t usually go for such a high neck but I might try it and see – It might suit me!
Some of the jewellery I have been wearing so far this month are the gorgeous Ava earrings, Cupids Arrow necklace and the Rose Gold Circle Double Layer Necklace. Along with these pieces I keep going back to my Kate Earrings because they go with pretty much everything on a daily basis. I find myself grabbing the Kate or Bow Stud Earrings when I am in a hurry as they go with so many things because of the clear stones in them and they are nice and simple for daily use along with my silver Lucky Wishbone. All jewellery mentioned is from the Glitz N Glamm online store and are linked. There is free shipping on all jewellery orders at Glitz N Glamm.
